- Black truffle grilled cheese
- Mozzeralla, smoked onions and truffle pies
- Stripped bass crudo, chive and truffles
First course:
Veal tenderloin tartar, shallots and house made mustard, grilled toast and white truffle, white truffle dressing
Main Course:
Black truffles risotto, black truffle stock, fior de latte and fresh white truffles
Dessert:
Hazelnut and white truffle panna cotta, roasted hazelnuts
